Nestled in the beautiful Limousin region in the South West of France lies our secluded, recently renovated, 19th century farmhouse with modern home comforts, but a wealth of original features and exposed beams. In a very tranquil setting with no near neighbours it is completely surrounded by over 12 acres of its own rich countryside, there are open fields, woodland to explore, and its own private lake of approximately 4 acres. The area has an abundance of wildlife including deer, hares, red squirrels and many species of birds are often seen. The house is situated near Peyrilhac and approximately 20 minutes drive from the picturesque city of Limoges with its 2000 years of history and numerous attractions.

The lake, which has been completely renovated, has been stocked with virgin growing carp up to 42lbs, plus the original stock including other species. The lake is privately owned, only available to our guests and fully licensed with legal night fishing - no additional permits are required. It offers a fantastic family carp fishing holiday venue in the Limousin.
